How does the Program work?

The program combines courses, Business Impact and Challenger series from Skillsoft’s eLearning global content, which is AIPM and PMI endorsed.

The program is broken into 4 Themes, each containing a number of modules in each Theme. After you have completed the eLearning content for each module, you will be given the opportunity to apply your learning on the job through your “Workplace Project” where you will be required to Plan, Implement, Apply & Manage an organisational change project in your own workplace.

The program work gives participants an easily digestible amount of information that won't overload or impact on your work life. This allows you to better retain and transfer the knowledge of each module into your workplace as well as throughout the remainder of the program.

Additionally, participants are required to complete a complex workplace change project or business initiative.

Design of our programs is based on the assumption that people learn by doing.  A second assumption is that effective learning needs to be context specific for both the organisation and the individual and involves ongoing feedback and reflection on progress.
