ALA’S PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH AIPM REGPM CERTIFICATION

Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41012) offering the Project Management Development Program (Diploma of Project Management – BSB51415) for experienced Project Managers.

ALA’s Project Management Development Program is designed for Project Managers who have project leadership and management roles and responsibilities, and we offer a unique package of concurrent assessment for the Diploma of Project Management (Dip PM) – BSB51415 and RegPM to eligible participants.

The online, blended program is designed for existing workers:

 

  • Project Management Development Program – reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. They may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.
  • You will learn how to plan and manage project scope, time, quality, cost, human resources, information and communication, risk, integration, procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance, and facilitate continuous improvement…while managing complex projects in the workplace.

ALA’s Project Management Development Program is an AIPM Endorsed Course. Our blended eLearning courses are completed self-paced via ALA Training Portals, with Global eLearning content, 1:1 mentoring sessions for individuals or groups, with a focus on workplace application and PM outcomes. Each program involves planning, implementing, managing and finalising workplace projects.

Australian Professional Certification Levels

RegPM is the Australian Institute of Project Management’s (AIPM) certification program, which has been developed through AIPM’s own Competency Standards and is widley recognised by the industry as a best practice model for project, program and portfolio management, in both the private and public sectors.

It involves an individually designed competency-based workplace assessment program. Applicants are required to compile evidence that displays their competence in project management. It can be awarded at one of three levels:

  • Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP)
  • Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM)
  • Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD)

For eligible participants, our unique package of concurrent assessment for the Dip PM and RegPM can save you up to $1,500 and streamline the process so that you can concentrate on your training and certification goals to put you ahead of your competition.

Our program provides a streamline process and enables a reduced cost in gaining RegPM Industry Certification.

International certification transition is available to those who already hold CPPM and CPPD.  By undertaking a simple and streamlined competency & currency review, members can be rewarded with an international recognition, certified by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
