Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41012) offering the Project Management Development Program (Diploma of Project Management – BSB50820) for experienced Project Managers.
ALA’s Project Management Development Program is designed for Project Managers who have project leadership and management roles and responsibilities. The Diploma of Project Management (Dip PM) is aligned to RegPM (Certified Practising Project Manager – CPPM) for eligible participants.
Our blended eLearning programs are completed self-paced via ALA Training Portals, with Global eLearning content, 1:1 mentoring sessions for individuals or groups, with a focus on workplace application and PM outcomes.
Each program involves planning, implementing, managing and finalising workplace projects.
Project Management Development Program – reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. They may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.
You will learn how to plan and manage project scope, time, quality, cost, human resources, information and communication, risk, integration, procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance, and facilitate continuous improvement…while managing complex projects in the workplace.
ALA’s Project Management Development Program is an AIPM Endorsed Course. RegPM is the Australian Institute of Project Management’s (AIPM) certification program, which has been developed through AIPM’s own Competency Standards and is widely recognised by the industry as a best practice model for project, program and portfolio management, in both the private and public sectors.
It involves an individually designed competency-based workplace assessment program. Applicants are required to compile evidence that displays their competence in project management. It can be awarded at one of three levels:

COMPLETE YOUR DIPLOMA OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH ALA
STEP 2:
AIPM will automatically grant the Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP) level of RegPM certification to individuals who have completed ALA’s Diploma of Project Management.
