Participants receive a 12 month access to ALA Training Portals which includes global eLearning content, individual learning plans, Recognition of Prior Learning or Current Competencies (RPL / RCC), participant guides & instructions, templates, research tasks, workplace application activities & assessments.
This program is designed for people who are developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts: office coordinator, leading hand or supervisor. It’s intended to build on your current expertise and knowledge.
This program is aimed at Managers and Business Leaders in general. People must be in a role where they can demonstrate responsibility for team or business unit performance. They should be self-directed and autonomous, working under a broad set of guidelines.
