What is the enrolment process?

The Self-paced Program is available on the ALA Training Portal to self-enrol - http://australasianleadership.com/alatrainingportal/

Once you have selected to ‘ENROL’ in the program you will be guided through the enrolment process.

Self-paced programs require you to pay a deposit on enrolment (60% on enrolment & 40% on completion).  An invoice will be provided and payment options available (PayPal or Direct Deposit).

Once payment has been made, steps are as follows:

  • Program confirmation – ensuring you are enrolling in the correct program and important pre-enrolment information

  • Enrolment Process
    • During this step you will need to submit your Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Can I enrol if I live overseas?

Yes. Whether you're an international student or an Australian living overseas, you can access courses and units online through ALA Training Portal.

But first, we need to make sure you're ready for online study. As an online student, you'll need:

  • Strong computer and online communication skills
  • An understanding of the learning approach in Australian higher education
  • A computer that meets our minimum computer requirements
  • Excellent English skills (read the English proficiency requirements below)

All courses and units offered through ALA are taught in English, so you'll need to demonstrate a working knowledge of the English language. We recommend that international students achieve an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) overall score of at least score 5.5 (no band below 5.0) for the Diploma.
