ALA’s online training portals features world class leadership learning material in digestible portions, personalisation to serve content most relevant to you and the qualification of choice., You will have the ability to recommend content to others, and email notifications of updates and community events.
Participants receive a 12 month licence to ALA Training Portals, including RPL / RCC, individual learning plans, participant guides & instructions, templates, research tasks & workplace application activities, a variety of assessment methodologies and national AQF Qualifications on successful completion.
Programs can be tailored to indiidual and organisational needs, from Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management. With our Organisational Change program, aligned to the Diploma of Leadership & Management (majoring in Change Management)
