NDS & ALA’s Emerging Leaders

ALA - NDS EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

THE NATIONAL DISABILITY SERVICES (NDS) HAS PARTNERED WITH AUSTRALASIAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (ALA) SINCE 2016, TO SUPPORT THE RAPID ADVANCEMENT OF FRONTLINE AND MID-LEVEL MANAGERS IN THE DISABILITY SECTOR.
We have designed & developed the program specifically for Emerging Leaders, utilising Global Leadership content.

PROMOTING AND ENHANCING THE CRITICAL SKILLS INVOLVED IN LEADING & MANAGING OTHERS.

The emerging leaders program is designed to assist in the development of emerging, high potential managers across the NDS sectors and industries.

Over a thought-provoking 10 to 12-month journey, participants deepen their understanding of leadership and participate in a transformative, collaborative learning experience.

Led by Australasian Leadership Academy’s Program Managers, Facilitators, Assessors, and Mentors, the program aims to establish a pioneering benchmark in delivering work-based, outcome-driven management development.

Program modules have been aligned to the NDS Disability Capability Framework.
