Founder & Director – Australasian Leadership Academy
Lynne Stephens is the Founder and Director of Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA), bringing more than 25 years of experience in the education, training and leadership development sector.
Before establishing ALA in 2010, Lynne spent 15 years with TAFE Queensland, where she developed her expertise in program development, training delivery and workforce capability.
Driven by a vision to create flexible and innovative learning solutions, Lynne founded ALA to support individuals and organisations in building leadership capability, strengthening project delivery and adapting to changing workforce needs.
Under Lynne’s leadership, ALA has grown from a small startup into a respected provider of leadership and professional development programs across Australia and internationally, supported by a network of experienced facilitators and industry partners.
Lynne is particularly passionate about supporting women in leadership, international capability development in the Asia-Pacific region, and initiatives that support Indigenous and First Nations communities.
