Looking for a pathway into the Diploma?

The Diploma of Project Management (Upgrade Program) provides an alternative pathway for professionals who are managing projects or coordinating project activities but may not yet meet the experience requirements for direct entry into the Diploma.

The program includes additional Project Management Foundation Skills to strengthen participants’ understanding of project lifecycle management, planning, coordination and delivery before progressing into the Diploma qualification.

This pathway enables participants to build the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to successfully transition into advanced project management responsibilities.

No need to complete the Certificate IV in Project Management Practice first.
