Our Frontline Help in Mental Health program empowers you with the practical skills and confidence to provide early support to someone experiencing a mental health issue—whether it’s a panic attack, suicidal thoughts, or acute emotional distress.
This nationally accredited program (issued by ALA RTO 41012) is delivered in partnership with Dr Stewart Hase, and is aligned to:
  • BSBSS00129_R1 Cross-Sector Mental Health and Organisational Disruption Skill Set, unit:
  • BSBWHS432X Contribute to organisational mental health response in the context of disruptive events.
This is more than a course—it’s essential knowledge that helps you support others with empathy, clarity, and action.

To embark on the Frontline Help in Mental Health program, you must first register your interest.

Once minimum numbers are reached, your registration will be confirmed and you will complete your enrolment.

This virtual learning experience combines four live, interactive webinars, with nine self-paced online modules—designed for small groups of up to 10 or more participants to ensure a supportive and engaging environment.

Active participation is essential, as the program focuses on building practical skills and real-time intervention strategies.
