FRONTLINE HELP IN MENTAL HEALTH

Frontline Help In Mental Health

Are you prepared to support someone facing a mental health challenge—just like you would with a physical injury?
Our Frontline Help in Mental Health program equips you with the skills and confidence to provide initial support to someone experiencing a psychological or mental health problem, including crisis situations such as panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or severe distress.
Just like physical first aid, you’ll learn how to respond effectively, listen without judgment, and guide the person toward professional help.
