Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) & partner of Dr Stewart Hase & Associates, for the “Leadership in Project Management Program”.
The program has been aligned to the following units of competency from the Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB50420) :
During the program you will have the opportunity to think about how you can “apply your learning” into your workplace. You will be asked to reflect on your own experiences and organisation as you progress through each module.
You will, if you wish, be able to engage in a single 40-minute coaching session with the facilitator to discuss issues raised in the course or your leadership challenges.
