In collaboration with Leading Edge Group (LEG), students who successfully complete LEG’s Lean Green Belt or Agile Green Belt training programs can now achieve a Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41012).

ALA’s Diploma of Project Management is an Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) endorsed course, offering pathways towards PM Industry Certification (RegPM CPPP & CPPM) and International Project Management Association (IPMA).

One-on-one online mentoring support is provided for participants throughout the program and assessment is based on completing a multiple-choice exam online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%). The Lean Green Belt program is made up of the following key topics:

Meet our Australian Facilitator

Greg Kilbey / Senior Lean Consultant

Greg is an experienced Lean and Process Improvement practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and expertise achieved from training diverse groups throughout Australia and South-East Asia. This experience has been gained in operations and sales environments within both service and manufacturing environments in industries such as financial services, health, telecommunications, government, logistics, insurance, manufacturing and education

Greg is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt practitioner (Six Sigma Academy) with valuable insights from his experience in the application of both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solving complex business wide problems. Greg has delivered Lean and Six Sigma training to over 900 Green Belts and Black Belts and has coached Lean and Six Sigma practitioners to complete over 400 process improvement projects. In addition, Greg has delivered training in both Agile and Change Management over the past 3-5 years as these methodologies have gained traction in regards to their importance to the ever changing nature of the 21st century workforce.

In 2019, Greg published a book specifically focussed on structuring successful continuous improvement programmes. He is currently based in Melbourne, Australia.
