ALA (RTO# 41012) has developed an online / blended Project Management program, which is mapped to the BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice. It has been designed for people who are not in Project Managers role, but would like to expand or develop their knowledge of the PM Lifecycle and Fundamentals of Project Management.

This course will enable someone who is not a professional project manager to learn the fundamentals of project management in order to manage projects related to areas of responsibility within the organisation.

The program reflects the cross-industry application of the work functions normally undertaken by a project team, spanning all phases of a project from concept through to close-out.
