ARE YOU OK? ALL YOU WANTED TO ASK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health is something we all experience, yet it can still feel difficult to talk about.

This interactive Q&A-style webinar will unpack the questions so many of us have but rarely ask out loud.

From “What is ADHD?” to “What does neurodivergent mean?”“What does depression really look like?” and “What do you say when you don’t know what to say?”—we’ll explore it all.
Through pre-submitted audience questions and live discussion, this session will help you walk away with a stronger understanding of mental health and practical tools to better support yourself and others

WHY IT MATTERS

In today’s world whether in sport, workplaces, or community, mental health conversations are more important than ever. Many of us want to help but aren’t always sure how. By creating safe spaces, reducing stigma, and building confidence in asking “Are you OK?”, we can make a genuine difference.

This webinar matters because it’s not just about awareness, it’s about practical action. You’ll gain the knowledge, language, and strategies to feel comfortable starting and continuing meaningful conversations around mental health.
